My Approach
I specialize in working with people who are questioning their belief systems, especially regarding The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. This can often be an isolating and difficult experience. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy to work through complicated emotions and relationship dynamics.
About Me
I grew up in Salt Lake City and have lived here most of my life. I got my degree in Psychology at Westminster College and my Masters degree in Social Work at the University of Utah.
